  • Career details you share in the intake form — current title, target role, career history, achievements, and any CV file you choose to upload.
  • Your LinkedIn profile URL, if provided.
  • Payment information processed through Paystack — Career Branding Co does not see or store your card details directly; Paystack handles and secures that data.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to deliver the service you've purchased — writing or optimizing your CV and/or LinkedIn profile — and to communicate with you about your order. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It uses only what's necessary for the site to function (for example, remembering your reduced-motion preference at the browser level).

5. Third-Party Services

To operate this site and deliver services, we rely on a small number of third-party providers, each handling a specific part of the process:

  • Paystack — processes and secures payment information.
  • Formspree — receives and delivers form submissions (contact and intake forms) to Career Branding Co.
  • Netlify — hosts this website and verifies payments server-side.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data passed through it.

6. Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to deliver your service and to keep a reasonable record of the engagement, after which it may be deleted on request.

7. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing marcoklopper.cv@gmail.com.
