1. Who We Are

Career Branding Co is operated by Marco Klopper, providing CV writing and LinkedIn profile optimization services. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any service purchased through it. By purchasing a service or submitting an intake form, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Career Branding Co provides CV rewriting, LinkedIn profile optimization, and bundled packages as described on the Services page. Exact pricing, inclusions, and revision rounds for each package are listed at the time of purchase and form part of the agreement between you and Career Branding Co.

3. The Intake Process

After payment, you'll be asked to complete an intake form with the information needed to write your CV and/or LinkedIn profile. Turnaround begins once a completed intake form is received — incomplete or delayed intake information will delay delivery accordingly. Specific delivery timelines are confirmed directly with you after intake.

4. Payment

Prices are displayed in USD for clarity, but payments are processed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR) via Paystack, using the conversion rate disclosed at checkout. Payment is required in full before work begins.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as listed on the Services page. Revisions must relate to the information originally provided at intake. Requests that go beyond the scope of the original package (for example, an entirely new target role) may be treated as a new engagement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate, truthful information about your career history and experience. Career Branding Co writes based on the information you supply and does not independently verify employment history, qualifications, or achievements.

8. Intellectual Property

Once delivered and paid in full, the final CV and/or LinkedIn content is yours to use as you see fit. Career Branding Co retains no ownership over the delivered documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

Career Branding Co provides writing and optimization services but cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific career outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. Career Branding Co's liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that engagement.
